    GR series are medium density granulated Boron Nitride particles with a tap density of 0.4 to 0.6 g/cm3. GR series is spheroidal grade, of laminated particles of high-purity and high crystallinity Boron Nitride single crystals. The typical particle size varies from 50 ~360 μm to fit for different applications.

    GR series overcomes the disadvantage of isotropic properties of single platelet powders due to their aggregated morphology. The thermal conductivity in each direction is highly consistent. In some occasions where thermal conductivity, thickness, density are required at the same time, GR can provide different particle sizes of high thermal conductivity non-oriented light Boron Nitride granulated particles to meet the needs of different thermal con- ductivity scenarios.
